Key Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to:
– Carry out comprehensive market research, keeping a keen eye on international student trends, particularly within Chinese-speaking regions.
– Assess competitors, student preferences, and burgeoning education markets to shape compelling marketing strategies.
– Present your research findings to management, proposing customised marketing methodologies.
– Design and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at potential students and parents in China and other East Asian nations.
– Craft culturally and linguistically appropriate content for platforms like WeChat, Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), and various UK-based platforms.
– Manage social media content planning, community interaction, and campaign performance tracking.
– Collaborate with clients to understand their educational aspirations and keep them informed about new offerings, deadlines, and events.
– Serve as a vital link between Fuann Ltd and external stakeholders, including educational institutions and agencies.
– Collaborate closely with sales executives and directors to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals.
– Assist the administrative team in enhancing client engagement strategies.

Skills & Qualifications Required:
– A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
– Proven experience in designing, executing, and managing cross-cultural digital marketing campaigns.
– Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (like HubSpot), email automation software, and SEO/SEM tools.
– Outstanding communication and content creation skills, with adaptability to culturally specific audiences.
– Robust research and analytical skills to interpret market trends and customer behaviour data.
– Creative, resourceful, and self-driven personality.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, small team environment.
