As an Adult Education Tutor specializing in Health and Social Care, you will be integral to the creation, execution, and management of captivating digital learning experiences for adult learners. Your collaboration with our content and digital departments will result in the development of scientifically-backed, user-friendly, and engaging training content that complies with professional and regulatory norms within the health and social care sector.
Key Duties:
– Formulate, structure, and execute digital lessons on critical health and social care topics.
– Create and modify online courses and evaluations suitable for adult learners.
– Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback and support.
– Assist learners with additional educational or personal requirements.
– Foster inclusive learning practices and ensure equality and diversity in all teaching activities.
– Participate in continuous professional development and contribute to staff training.
– Facilitate learner enrolment, induction, and progression activities.
– Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and professional experience for clients and learners.
About You:
Success in this role will hinge on:
– A recognized qualification in Medicine, Nursing, Health and Social Care, or a related field (MBBS, NVQ Level 5, or equivalent).
– A minimum of 4 years of experience teaching or training learners, ideally in health or social care education.
– Robust knowledge of current evidence-based practices.
– Excellent communication and digital literacy skills, with an ability to captivate learners in a digital environment.
– A learner-centric approach and an authentic enthusiasm for professional development and education.
