Digital Programme Manager Position Available

A unique opportunity awaits for a Digital Programme Manager to be a part of a leading global retailer. We are offering a competitive salary range of £65,000 to £75,000, plus a bonus and additional benefits. Based in our tech hub in Central London, this new position will allow you to manage and enrich a vast portfolio related to our customer experience programme.

The successful candidate will work hand in hand with a multidisciplinary team to deliver top-tier customer experiences across various platforms – web, mobile, VR/AR, tablet, and retail. If you possess Agile / SCRUM Programme Management experience and have previously managed extensive B2C digital programmes, you may be the ideal fit for our team.

 

As our Digital Programme Manager, you will:

– Lead numerous workstreams and teams to ensure the punctual delivery of our global customer experience platform.
– Work closely with various teams including Product, Customer Experience, Development, and Experience Design to create and deliver innovative user and customer experiences across the platform.
– Hold ultimate responsibility for the budgets, briefs, and schedules within your range of work, with the support of a PMO team.
– Keep stakeholders and leadership teams informed about any potential risks or issues concerning the platform.
– Serve as the regional point of contact and leader for the programme of work.

As an applicant, you should demonstrate:

– Prior experience as a Digital Programme Manager on a B2C platform.
– Experience with web, mobile, tablet, and ideally AR/VR & retail.
– Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills, along with a team-oriented approach.
– Agile / SCRUM experience in conjunction with knowledge of JIRA.
– Experience in cooperating with senior stakeholders and C-Suite members.
– Familiarity with web apps, information systems, digital marketing solutions, and social media platforms.
