The Job Role
The role of a Paid Media Specialist is perfect for a professional looking to further their career in paid media and cultivate an array of new skills. The individual in this role will be instrumental in executing localized media campaigns across paid search and social platforms.

Responsibilities of a Paid Media Specialist:

– Execute localized paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Google, Meta, Bing, TikTok, LinkedIn, and AdRoll.
– Keep pace with emerging technologies and opportunities to drive innovation in the paid media space.
– Manage performance of paid media across multiple accounts, ensuring monthly expenditure aligns with budgets and optimizing towards KPIs.
– Share feedback on campaign performance, trends, and actionable insights with the team.
– Spearhead the launch of campaigns for new clients, promotions, and services – including setup, ad copy, and tracking.
– Implement creative and ad copy updates to boost engagement and performance.
– Complete monthly and quarterly audits and execute key recommendations.
– Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with support teams.

Skills/Experience Requirements for a Paid Media Specialist:

– Proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist or Associate – setting up, managing, and optimizing accounts.
– Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
– Experience with both paid search and social channels.
– Experience in creative strategy and landing page structures to improve campaign performance.
– Understanding of digital marketing channels, particularly local campaigns.
