Role Responsibilities

• Meeting clients to understand their themes, style, and decoration preferences

• Creating décor proposals: mood boards, costings/design concepts

• Sourcing and managing décor inventory (centrepieces, lighting, linens, floral, etc.)

• Coordinating with suppliers, logistics, storage, setup, and teardown

• Overseeing décor team on event days; ensuring quality control and that every detail is polished

• Managing schedules and budgets for multiple events

• Assisting in marketing and client follow-ups to generate new business

Requirements / Eligibility

• At least 2 years’ experience in wedding/event decoration, styling, or similar event coordination roles

• Strong design sense and attention to detail

• Good organisation & communication skills; ability to work under pressure

• Flexibility for evenings & weekends (since events are often then)

• Full UK driving licence is preferred
