Role Overview:
You’ll ensure digital systems at RBFT support their strategy and best practices. As a technical expert, you’ll collaborate with care groups, clinical teams, and suppliers to design and deliver new workflows in digital applications, focusing on systematic changes that align with the Trust’s operational needs and aspirations.

Main Duties:

• Design new “to be” processes and complete associated process flows, documentation, and impact analysis

• Configure digital applications to reflect business change requirements

• Analyze current (“as is”) processes and interfaces between systems

• Collaborate with colleagues across support, back office Informatics, and the Trust

• Adhere to development team policies and procedures

Person Specification:

• Essential:

  • Minimum 5 years proven application development experience

  • Independent app development experience

  • Understanding of web technologies, systems, and architecture

• Desirable:

  • Experience in project management

  • Experience with 365 development
