Assured Care Stockport, a reputable domiciliary care agency with over 21 years of experience, is seeking caring and reliable individuals to join their weekend care team. You’ll deliver high-quality support to people in their own homes across the Stockport Borough. No previous care experience is needed full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and support with daily living

• Deliver personal care and assist with medication

• Prepare meals and drinks

• Help with light housework and errands (including collecting prescriptions)

• Accompany service users on trips (appointments, shopping, social outings)

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or over

• Friendly, organised, and approachable

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team

• Must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own car

• Successful applicants will complete a CRB check and induction
