Things to Pay Attention To
Salary limit: £26,200 is not very high for an event manager role, depending on the region and the volume/scale of events involved. If you have strong experience, you might negotiate, but there may be constraints.
Visa sponsorship: Always check what support is provided (fees, timeline, legal help). Sponsorship can be a long process, and there are salary thresholds to meet under the Skilled Worker visa.
Workload & hours: Events often require long hours, weekends, and late nights. Be sure you’re comfortable with fluctuating hours.
Travel: Travel to venues across the UK is required. If you’re living far from common venue locations, consider commute time and travel costs.
