Role Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate, effective nursing care for people with mental health conditions

• Conduct assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care

• Observe, record, and report changes in service user condition; maintain accurate care records

• Mentor and support other members of the care team

• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team committed to values, evidence-based practice, and high standards of care

Requirements / Eligibility

• Nursing qualification in mental health and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) UK

• Strong teamwork, self-motivation, and flexibility

• Compassion, empathy, and commitment to evidence-based practice

• Good communication and organisational skills
