Roles & Responsibilities:

– Support tenants with personal care tasks such as bathing, personal hygiene, and dressing.
– Uphold tenant’s independence, choice, dignity, and respect by providing superior care.
– Complete accurate and timely documentation of the care and support provided to tenants.
– Facilitate access to third-party and NHS services.
– Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and initiative when required.
– Encourage lifestyle choice, enabling individuals to maintain independence and control over their lives.

Eligibility Requirements:
