As a Resort Cleaner, your role will involve supporting our team in maintaining cleanliness in all key areas of the resort such as the bar, restaurant, event halls, restrooms, public stairways, and reception area to the highest standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

– Uphold superior cleanliness standards in all primary resort areas including the bar, restaurant, public spaces, and restrooms.
– Execute routine cleaning duties like vacuuming, mopping, and waste management.
– Oversee cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring their safe storage and reporting any needs for replenishment.
– Assist in deep cleaning tasks and adhere to the Resort Cleaning Rota as instructed.
– Foster positive relationships with guests and fellow staff to enhance customer service.
– Address any cleaning issues or complaints swiftly and professionally.
– Observe all health and safety protocols, reporting any hazards or maintenance concerns.
– Display flexibility in supporting other departments as needed.

Eligibility Requirements:
– Prior experience in a cleaning role
– A zeal for cleaning and providing exceptional service
– Strong organizational, communicative, and time management skills
– A proactive and dependable individual who can multitask and prioritize
